Konftel 300IP Conference Phone Guide

Start by dialling your first number as normal, for example if you wanted to call the speaking clock it would be 9123. (9 is used to obtain an outside line). 

Press  during the call to get a new dialling tone. 

Calls in progress are put on hold. 

Dial the new number and wait for the recipient to answer. 

Once all parties have been dialled, press the () key to connect the calls. 

Dial the main school number (01992 424200) 

Press option 1 and type 276. 

The phone will then ring, press  to accept the call.
